Through a multifaceted & holistic approach based on four pillars—human-centric design, community-driven initiatives, gender responsiveness, and cross-sectional collaboration.
- Capacity Building & Skill training : Digital literacy- functional, financial, citizen services, and Cyber, and 3-month job ready training.
2. Digital Learning center : offer Wi-Fi, and computer in underserved areas, particluarly for those girls who are out of colleges or schools.
3. Digital Entrepreneurship training : Cultivate Entrepreneurship spirit through stories, support in setting up micro and small businesses- CSCs, digital shops etc.
4. Research and Advocacy : Bringing together experts from various fields through cross-sectional collaboration by organizing activities like panel discussions, presentations, seminars, and webinars to promote inclusive policy advocacy.
